Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is never used to train an underlying AI model, and a partner’s intellectual property remains the partner’s.
Where is it hosted?
In the United Kingdom, on AWS London.
Can another organisation see it?
No. Each organisation’s data is kept logically separate from every other organisation on the platform.
Who can see what, internally?
Administrators hold audit logs of who accessed what and when, so use is visible to the people accountable for it.
What about children?
Products used in schools carry automated safeguarding monitoring, with alerts routed to your own administrator rather than to us.
What is the legal basis?
A UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement. askKira is registered with the ICO under ZB622646 and holds Cyber Essentials certification.
The models
Not one model, and you choose which
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity all run on the platform, alongside image and video generation, and an administrator decides which are available to their organisation. The product picks the right capability for the job; you keep control of where the data goes and who can see it.
