What is actually under the hood.

Whether you are a school, a trust or a business, you should be able to see which models run, where the data is hosted, what is never used for training, how long anything is kept and how honestly we rate our own risks. Two labels, one for each kind of customer, written to be handed to a governing body.

Data retention: Chat history retained for as long as the platform requires to deliver the service. All data permanently deleted upon account deletion.

Automated monitoring: Content flagging engine active on all conversations. Alerts sent automatically to your organisation's designated trust admin contact when triggered.
