How it works
Four rules the whole product is built on
Not a dashboard with an AI bolted to the side. The order these happen in is the product.

Compute, then narrate
Every figure is calculated from the trust’s own data by code. The AI writes the explanation and never the number.

Each figure carries a label saying which system it came from, so any claim can be traced back and checked.

Pupil data, treated like pupil data
- No special category data. The product is built to work without it, on a pseudonymous pupil reference rather than names, dates of birth or UPNs.
- Processed in the UK. Pupil data is handled inside UK-hosted AWS infrastructure in London.
- Never used to train an AI model. A trust’s data is used to answer that trust’s questions and nothing else.
- Cyber Essentials certified, with the trust and governance pack available for your due diligence.
